Pipe-Mount Butterfly Gate Latch for Chain Link Gates
This butterfly latch mounts directly to a round gate-frame tube and closes around the stationary gate post. Its compact pipe-mounted design is intended for chain-link swing gates and avoids the wall-clearance requirement associated with flat-back wall-mount latches.
Choose by both tube diameters: measure the actual outside diameter of the stationary gate post and the round gate-frame tube. These are two separate measurements.

- Padlock-ready security: a built-in locking hole allows a compatible padlock to be added after the gate is closed.

Installation guidance
- Confirm the gate-post OD and gate-frame OD before selecting an option.
- Position the latch on the gate-frame tube and align it with the stationary gate post.
- Secure the threaded U-bolt assembly evenly without distorting the gate frame.
- Cycle the gate several times and confirm smooth engagement from both sides before final tightening.
- Recheck alignment and fastener tightness after initial use.
