To be eligible for a return, please make sure:
- The item is unused and in original condition.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- ⚠️ Important: Please make sure to measure your gate or pipe size and confirm product compatibility before installation.
Returns for items damaged due to forced installation or improper sizing will not be accepted.

🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to shipping.
Please contact us with clear photos of the issue.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
